I'm so happy you are here.

I'm a mom of 2 and a functional movement specialist and educator. 

As a mom, I understand the frustration and hopelessness of pelvic floor dysfunction, how to get my body back? how to get strong again and heal my body after pregnancy? At the same time we need extra super power to take care of our loved ones.
