Cancellation policy:

The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation up to 12 weeks before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat price excluding the deposit.

Cancellation made less than 12 weeks before the retreat start date are non refundable, and 100 % of the booked amount will be due

We want everyone to have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable retreat experience! Please remember that each participant is responsible for their own actions and belongings during the retreat.

If any damage, loss, illness, or injury occurs because of a participant’s own negligence or carelessness, that participant will be responsible for any related costs. We ask that everyone take care of themselves, respect the property and environment, and look out for one another.

Participants are also responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage, including accident, illness, trip cancellation, baggage, and personal liability insurance. The retreat organizer assumes no liability for any of these situations. We strongly recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.
