Service Description

Core Strength Circuit is a workout designed to target and strengthen the muscles in your core, including the Abdominals, Obliques, Lower back, Shoulders and hips. This Circuit can be adapted to different fitness levels by adjusting reps, time, or adding weights for resistance. It improves core stability, strength, mobility and reduces discomfort from prolonged sitting.
