I am passionate about helping you achieve your full potential through a holistic approach to health and wellness. My studio offers a unique combination of functional movement, where we bridged the gap between physiotherapy and traditional training designed to enhance your strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Functional Movement for everyday life

Our functional movement flow and Functional training classes are based on LYT® method and Core Exercise Solution (CES) focus on improving mobility, balance, and strength by training your body to perform everyday activities more efficiently. Whether you are looking to prevent injuries, recover from one, or simply enhance your physical performance, I will guide you through customised exercises that mimic real-life movements.

About me

My name is Poppy

Glejita is my middle name, created by my father. The combination of my brother, father & my mother's name.

I'm a wife and a mom of 2 amazing boys. 

Movement has been my lifelong passion, from being a professional Indonesian traditional dancer, being in a cheerleader squad in high school, to an athlete and coaching Taekwondo.

My teaching journey began in 2019 after I completed 200 hours certification in Ashtanga vinyasa yoga in Dublin. Since then, I have been teaching over 2500 hours to people around the globe and in my own studio.

My curiosity about anatomy and how our body works have driven me continuing my education about functional movement and deeper understanding about anatomy from LYT® method created by a Physical Therapist, Lara Heimann.

I have completed both level 1 and level 2 LYT® method certification.

 

I continued my education and certified as a Pelvis Pro and as Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist by Core Exercise Solution, to help women improve their pelvic floor health and their core to feel fit, confident and strong again after pregnancy.

My mission is to help you create a safer and sustainable movement practice, so you have a freedom in your body to move well without any restriction and pain.
