We offer LYT Method classes, the movement method combining Physical Therapy, yoga and neuromuscular training to improve your body and the brain communication to move better and feel better.
we also offer corrective exercises including weight and resistance training , to increase muscle strenght and bone density, it contribute to overall well being by boosting your mood and reducing the risk of chronic condition.

My name is Poppy
I'm a wife and a mom of 2 amazing boys.
Movement has been my lifelong passion, from being a professional Indonesian traditional dancer, be in a cheerleader squad in high school, to an athlete and coaching Taekwondo.
My teaching journey began in 2019 after I completed 200 hours certification in Ashtanga vinyasa yoga in Dublin.
My curiosity about anatomy and how our body works , have driven me continuing my education about functional movement and deeper understanding about anatomy from LYT method® created by a Physical Therapist, Lara Heimann.
In October 2021 I have completed both level 1 and level 2 LYT method® certification. In 2023 I continued my education and certified as Pregnancy & Postpartum corrective Exercise Specialist by Core Exercise Solution.
My mission is to help you create a safer and sustainable movement practice, so you have a freedom in your body to move well without any restriction and pain.
